External games receive their own keyboard input. Click the blank-tab toolbar before using Escape, or use its Quick switch button. These visual settings don’t hide traffic from network monitoring.

Find your next game

Use the side menu for Mini Games, Big Games, TV, Music and My Games. Search or use the hearts to save favourites. The original Solus games are in Big Games.

Launch into a blank tab

Click a game to open an about:blank tab with the game filling the whole page. Use the Controls menu for fullscreen, restart, quick-switch or returning to the library. Allow pop-ups for this site if your browser blocks it. Choose “Inside this page” in Settings for the embedded overlay.

Style your tab

Settings lets you choose a tab title, icon, blank-on-unfocus mode and reflection dimming. Enable Escape quick-switch and choose its destination. The Controls menu in a game tab includes a Quick switch button.

Keep your playtime

Open Account and create an arcade username and password. My stats shows total time, sessions and time per game. Time counts while the player is open and the tab is visible, including menus and loading.

Bring your friends

Open Pixel Chat and sign in with your arcade account in the Account panel. You automatically join the public Pixel Community lobby. Everyone with an arcade account can chat there. You can also create a private server and share its invite code with friends. Server owners create channels, remove members and pin messages. Chat supports text, emoji reactions, editing and search; voice and video calls are not included.

Think, calculate, play

Calculator includes scientific maths, graphing, equations, statistics and unit conversion. In Chess Club, choose a bot and colour, click a piece to see legal moves, then click its destination. Hints, undo, promotion choices and PGN export are available. Bot Elo labels are approximate.

Use Apps & browser for the app dock and external web browser. Vice City now uses GTA Browser’s built-in setup. Its first load downloads game data into browser storage. Add your own URL or HTML game from My Games. The Arcade helper can recommend games and explain these features. Games and saves belong to their external hosts. Some providers block embedding or go offline, in which case a game may be unavailable. about:blank doesn’t bypass network filters or conceal traffic.
